Gymverse Return & Refund Policy

Gymverse accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and tags included. To start a return, customers must contact Gymverse within the 14-day period for approval and instructions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and will qualify for a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Gymverse error. Final sale items, gift cards, custom products, hygiene-sensitive items once opened, and digital products are not eligible for return.
